Vincent B. Lynch is a shareholder and the managing partner at Pinkard, Lynch & Robbins. His areas of practice include complex federal litigation, intellectual property, employment law, and administrative law. Lynch has over 17 years of legal experience. He began his career serving two terms as law clerk to United States District Judge Henry Lee Adams, Jr. in Jacksonville. Lynch is a member of the Florida and Georgia Bars. He is a 1991 graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He is also the author of "Antitrust Guidelines for Collaboration among Competitors" published by the American Bar Associations Section.

eric pinkard Eric C. Pinkard

Eric Pinkard is a shareholder and a partner at Pinkard, Lynch & Robbins. He has over 20 years of law practice experience. His areas of practice include corporate litigation, international law and business, and white collar criminal and constitutional defense. Pinkard holds two law degrees: a Masters of Laws in International Law and Business from Stetson University College of Law. He earned his LL. M. degree cum laude. He also holds a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law where he graduated in 1986. Pinkard served a four-year term as an Assistant State Attorney in Hillsborough County . He has also taught international law as a professor at Concordia International University. Following his professorship, Pinkard spent seven years as lead trial counsel litigating death penalty cases in Florida. Among other achievements, Pinkard has argued ten times before the Florida Supreme Court, including the Case of State of Florida v. Charlie Thompson, which resulted in a reversal. Pinkard has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1987.

chris robbins J. Christopher Robbins

Chris Robbins is a partner and shareholder at Pinkard, Lynch & Robbins. After graduating the University of Pennsylvania and subsequently the University of Miami School of law (cum laude), he started his law career in the federal judiciary. Robbins served as law clerk to the Honorable Tu M. Pham, United States Magistrate Judge. Robbins is also a law professor. He teaches contracts and business transactions. In 2007, Robbins also lectured on law and entrepreneurship at Hengyang University in Hunan Province, China. Among Robbins' many interests is aviation. He is an instrument-rated airplane pilot. He serves on the aviation law committees of The Florida Bar. Robbins has been an active member of the Experimental Aircraft Association and the National Business Aviation Association. He is also a writer. His articles on the law and the aviation industry have been published in the New York Times, Miami Herald, Hong Kong Apple Daily, Tampa Tribune, and many other periodicals.

Oliver Janney is a partner at Pinkard, Lynch & Robbins. His areas of practice include intellectual property law, aviation, private equity, and corporate law. Janney received his law degree from Harvard Law School in 1970 and his B.A. from Yale University in 1967. He is the former Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Uniroyal Technology Corporation, a NASDAQ company, and was previously General Counsel of RKO General, Inc., a major broadcaster, soft drink bottling company, and the former owner of Frontier Airlines. Janney is a member of the New York State Bar, and the Florida Bar. He is a FINRA arbitrator and has served as chairman of FINRA proceedings. He served as a Lieutenant in the United States Army Reserves.

Dan Anderson is a senior litigator and partner at Pinkard, Lynch & Robbins. He represents businesses and individuals in a variety of litigation and transactional issues. In addition to his general civil litigation practice Anderson represents all types of aviation companies for Pinkard, Lynch & Robbins. He is a commercial pilot and certified flight instructor, and serves on The Florida Bar Aviation Law Committee. Anderson has testified before the U.S. Congress on aviation issues several times, and his articles on the aviation industry have been published far and wide. He received his law degree from Stetson University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude. He holds an MBA in Finance & Management from Texas A&M University, and a B.S. in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Anderson served as a judicial intern for U.S. Magistrate Judge Thomas B. McCoun III.

Kozak received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.

Serri Miller is a senior associate at Pinkard, Lynch & Robbins and a business consultant. She is a former adjunct professor at Stetson University College of Law. Before her professorship, she was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Diane Vescovo, United States Magistrate Judge. Her areas of practice include business litigation, employment law, constitutional law, and federal court litigation. Miller is a summa cum laude graduate of Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center where she was editor-in-chief of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law.

Dennis Creed is an associate at Pinkard, Lynch & Robbins. He is a 2005 graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School. He earned his BA from Arizona State University, cum laude, in 2002. Dennis leads the firm's Bankrutpcy practice group. He also handles litigation, intellectual property law, and corporate law. He is a former United States Marine. Dennis served four years in the Corps, including two overseas deployments.

Hixson is also a certified mediator and arbitrator. He is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Hixson received his law degree from Stetson University in 2007. He earned his bachelor's degree from Stetson in 2004. Nick Glover has been practicing law for over 20 years. His areas of practice include real estate, telecommunications law, appellate law, and landlord and tenant law. Glover is the author of Florida Commercial Landlord-Tenant Law, the most authoritative source on the subject. The Florida Supreme Court quoted Glover by name in July of 2008 in its decision, Pro Art Dental Lab v. V-Strategic Group LLC, 986 So. 2d 1244, 1250 (Fla. 2008). Glover is also author of the treatise, Florida Contract Law. Glover has represented all manner of clients, including Sprint-Nextel, in litigation and transactional matters.
