Oliver Janney has practiced law for over 41 years. He is the former
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of
Uniroyal Technology Corporation, a NASDAQ company, and was previously
General Counsel of RKO General, Inc., a major broadcaster, soft drink
bottling company, and the former owner of Frontier Airlines. Mr. Janney is a FINRA arbitrator and has served as chairman of FINRA proceedings. He served as a Lieutenant in the United States Army Reserves.
