 Samuel B. Weissman Mr. Weissman is an Associate at Lynch & Robbins law firm. Mr. Weissman practices civil litigation and transaction law in several practice areas, with a concentration on real estate and business law.

Prior to joining Lynch & Robbins, Mr. Weissman was an attorney at the Kramer Law Firm. In that role, he represented clients in firm’s hearings in both civil litigation and criminal cases. Mr. Weissman attended the majority of firm’s mediations and negotiating settlements for clients; served as primary counsel and contact for community association board of directors; developing Chapter 7 bankruptcy practice; and handled all major aspects of debtor’s cases.

Mr. Weissman was previously employed as a law clerk at Greenspoon Marder. As a law clerk, Mr. Weissman worked on regulatory and personal injury matters; compiled a comprehensive survey of life insurance viatical settlement law; researched issues for complex commercial litigation cases; and drafted winning appellate brief submitted to Fourth District Court of Appeal for a real estate contract case.
