The Collection Law Practice Group at Robbins Equitas represents creditors, collection agencies, and judgment creditors. We are counsel to several national debt collection corporations. Our Firm handles litigation as well as regulation and compliance issues. Our services are comprehensive and can be divided into these categories:

Collections Cases:
To help collect money our clients are rightfully due, our attorneys and investigators offer a full range of collection and litigation service. The process begins with skip-tracing, asset searches, and demand letters. The next stage is litigation or arbitration where appropriate. Finally, we are also well-versed in post-judgment collection, more fully described below. Our firm works for specific industries, individuals, and collection agencies nationwide. We also offer various contingency options to clients with collections worth more than $200,000 and clients with large numbers of accounts.

We also frequently defend strike suits brought by debtors against collection agencies.

Judgment Collections:
Nothing is more frustrating than having a success in court but not being able to collect on your judgment. At Robbins Equitas, we are well-versed in post-judgment proceedings. We can help you garnish a debtor's wages or seize a debtor's property or cash.
