Our International Law Practice Group works closely with our Admiralty Law Practice Group to provide premier services in matters relating to cargo, shipping, and seagoing vessels. Goods shipped in international waters are subject to special laws and regulations under the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act (COGSA).

International Aviation Law and Air Cargo:
Our Aviation Law Practice Group is one of the best-versed in the world, handling all manner of international aviation law issues. This department assists clients with air crash litigation, contractual disputes, and cargo claims, and all aviation transactions, including the sale and purchase of turbojet aircraft.
